Today’s Gratitude Reflection

Practicing gratitude is a great way to take control of your life and change how you react to your circumstances. Life isn’t always easy and often times it’s not fair. We can’t control the hand we’re dealt, but we can control how we choose to handle it.

Take a moment to reflect on your day. What are three things, big or small, that you feel grateful for today? Why do these things matter to you, and how do they make you feel? Write about how expressing gratitude might shift your perspective or brighten your day.
